In September 2024, we reached out to potential clients across the United States and neighboring regions through email and LinkedIn. The invitations highlighted the superior performance and service benefits of our ride-on and
walk-behind floor scrubbers. Among the respondents, John Carter, a procurement manager at a prominent U.S. property management company, expressed strong interest in our newly launched ride-on scrubbers and confirmed his plans to visit our booth.
In November 2024, John Carter attended our booth as scheduled during the ISSA Show in Las Vegas. He was particularly impressed by the innovative design and high-efficiency performance of our ride-on floor scrubbers. Through live demonstrations and in-depth technical discussions, we provided a detailed overview of the product’s features, operations, and after-sales support.
While John appreciated the user-friendly design and energy efficiency of the scrubbers, he had concerns about our production capacity. To address this, we shared successful client case studies and conducted a live virtual tour of our factory, resolving his concerns.
After the show, we followed up promptly, sending a detailed quotation and product specifications within a week. Through several discussions, John finalized an order for 30 ride-on floor scrubbers for his company’s commercial properties. Once the contract was signed, we quickly initiated production and completed the order.
The order has been fully prepared and is ready for shipment to the United States. We have arranged comprehensive logistics and after-sales support to ensure seamless delivery and installation, guaranteeing the equipment will arrive operational and on time.
