2, the grinding disc is uneven

The unevenness of the grinding disc will cause the grinder to vibrate violently during operation, and the ground to be ground will also be uneven. The reason for this phenomenon is that the grinding disc is connected to the top with screws, and the screws are loosened during use.

The solution is to adjust the locking screw of the grinding disc to change the height of the grinding disc. Make the distance from any three points of each grinding disc to the bottom of the gearbox the same.

3, the grinding machine bearing damage

The bearing damage of the grinding machine will cause the machine to be noisy, the output shaft will shake, and the entire gearbox will shake.

The main reason is that the gear oil is not replaced on time, which leads to the aging of the bearing, or when the machine is running, the grinding disc is not leveled, and the bearing is overloaded and damaged when the machine itself is not flat for a long time.

When the bearing is damaged, there is only one solution: to open the gearbox to check which part of the bearing is damaged, then replace it.
